Remember a couple years ago when the hot new horror game heavily influenced by P.T. was about to come and then just, well, didn’t? That game was Devotion, a first-person horror-adventure title that’s (no joke) a complete masterpiece, and which has recently become readily available in an English translation. Unfortunately, it was censored by the Chinese government and as a result lot all of the usual press that comes with the release date, but that doesn’t mean it should be skipped. In two sessions, we played through the entirety of the game, only getting truly stuck once because we’re morons, and overall had a hell of a great time. Give the game a look and purchase a copy yourself from Red Candle Games if you’re so inclined.
